In the residential complex "Skandinavia" on Tuve Jansson Square, a woman lost control of her Mercedes, causing the vehicle to hit multiple poles. Witnesses reported that the incident occurred in the area near a pedestrian crossing. The SUV first hit a pole at the crossing and then veered sharply, crossed the square, and crashed into another pole.
Eyewitnesses stated that the female driver appeared to be in a coherent state. According to her, the steering wheel and pedals of the Mercedes became locked, causing the car to accelerate uncontrollably.
